Mini won't detect network anymore

I have a mini and a Macbook Pro that both use my Airport Express for wireless. The mini hadn't been used for quite a while (about 3 or 4 weeks), I fired it up but now it won't see the network. I restarted it, and it did find it briefly and asked for the p-word, but it won't accept it..just says network timed out. The Macbook Pro has no issues with finding it. The mini was working just fine when I used it last month. I also just moved it to another spot in the house but I know it's not a signal strength issue b/c the Macbook can find the network from the exact same spot as the mini. I've tried most basic things like resetting the modem, etc. Any suggestions? thanks!

My mini doesn't detect much network neither... I think it has something to do with the wifi antenna.. because i did swap the wifi card with another known working one and still the same issue.

Since then, i never used the wifi on my 06 intel mac mini anymore..

Same here. It's just endless. Eventually it accepts the password at random.
