no. this copy hasn't been opened or used.
the serial can only be used once on one machine so i kept it sealed for resale purposes.
i already have home premium on my mac pro.
i got this from the office.

I don't want to mess with your sale, but GTA Craigslist and Kijiji sees these sell for between $80-$150 regularily, your price is probably a bit to high still!

what they have on craigslist is sketchy at best. there are those of us who'd rather not deal with that.
mine is sealed, brand new, and guaranteed to work especially with this whole "activation process".

No offense, but given that this is pretty much a "Mac fanbois" website, are there many people here who would even have a use for Windows 7, let alone the Ultimate edition? What can you do in Windows that you can't do on a Mac? Just curious.
