Hi,
I noticed that you had ads in the classified section looking for non working Intel macbooks. I was just wondering if you are still looking. I have a first Generation macbook that was bought in 2006. The Specs are as follows (direct from the apple shipping email)
Processor 065-6306 1.83GHz Intel Core Duo
Memory 065-6233 1GB 667 DDR2 SDRAM- 2x512
Hard Drive 065-6227 80GB Serial ATA drive
as for the problem, nobody has been able to accurately diagnose it, personally I think it needs a new logic board, and I never bothered to send it away to get it. Basically when it starts up it makes strange sounds and does not recognize the hard drive. Additionally The years it has sat in my closet have made it not near as white as it once was. I am currently located in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Let me know if you are interested.
