iPod seen in Win Explorer but not in iTunes
I have iPod 1st gen, 4GB which once connected to USB port of the computer shows up in Windows Explorer/My Computer but it never shows up in iTunes. I tried leaving it connected for couple hours, still the same. I have also tried resetting the ipod with select/menu option but that does not help. Wonder if anyone run into this problem and what can be done about it? I can't find much info on Apple Support website. I am running PC with Win XP SP2 and iTunes 7.5.0.20. Wonder if there is reset utility to bring them back to life as they had it for shuffles.
