...or vice versa...I don't know....all I know that is I can't print with my canon s9000 plugged into my airport extreme anymore. It works when I plug the usb printer right into my laptop...but it just won't work with the wireless airport. anybody have a clue as to what's going on!? I have no idea how to "uninstall" and "reinstall" a printer or it's drivers on a mac. I thought plug and play would just work?!

Not sure if this helps or not - but we had to enable printer sharing in the "Sharing" preference pane in order to be able to print via AirPort.

That's different than your situation, though, since our base station was an eMac running Internet Sharing, not a real "Base Station".
