12" MacBook Pro & Leopard...... DVD

Hello,
*
Yesterday I decided to reinstall Leopard 10.5 on my beloved old 12" MacBook Pro that lives in the kitchen. I was aiming for a clean install (erase and install) and I skipped the check DVD part of the process. After about an hour the install failed due as the DVD was damaged. Seems the erase part worked fine.... but alas, no install.
*
Where can I obtain another Leopard 10.5 install DVD? I have the snow leopard DVD but although she's in fine shape, she's just too old for anything higher than 10.5
*
Thank you in advance for your help...

You could call your local Mac dealers to see if they have a copy for sale. Otherwise you could download one illegally via a torrent and a second computer, or become a Mac developer which would give you access to all releases of Mac OS X for $99 including lion which could be downloaded and burned onto a disc.
