Hope someone can help.
A few months ago I imported some video footage from my brother's wedding so I can edit it with iMovie. I reviewed the footage after import and it looked great.
Finally I've gotten down to the business of editing the footage and I notice the picture quality is kinda crappy. It's mostly noticable if there are any diagional lines -- instead of a straight line you see a jagged line. Like miniature steps. I figured it was just the quality of the preview window so I continued editing away.
But now, after editing some sequences and exporting to "full quality" video, the video images still have that jagged quality. This was footage originally shot with a Sony PD-150 so, trust me, the original footage was crisp. Any suggestions?
