I knew that going in, they have the supreme uptight PC snob routine down pat. I only buy when I know what I want, and I usually except the gamble that if things go wrong, I wont expect any help from them at all. The guy behind the returns counter could not leave his post to grab me replacement ram, so I had to wait in a huge lineup before I could snag someone. That same guy was more then happy to leave his post to help a kid and his dad with a credit card, put together the best possible gaming rig though.

Anyways, happy now with 12 gigs of ram, especially since I only thought there was 2 ram slots and would be only upgrading to 8, talk about overkill! Now if I could get 12 in my MBO I would be thrilled!
