Hey everyone,

I recently received my Mac back and fully functioning / repaired from the Mac store.

However, when I turn Airport on, I have 4 bars connected but Safari says, "You are not connected to the internet".

Just wondering if anyone has any solutions - I've scoured the internet looking for answers and nothing has fixed the problem as of yet.

I'd also like to mention that there are 2 other family members in my house that both have Mac laptops, and they can connect fine via Airport.

1-check the Connection Doctor, or see your "network" settings
the mac store may have had to change it back
2-run airport asisstant on that machine, and re-setup an Airport network

that MAY fix the problem (no "for-sure's" though)

Did you try restarting the airport?

Adding to johnb1 comments, try using Network syst prefs pane, select Airport, click the 'Assist me...' then the 'Diagnostics...' option button and follow the various appropriate options.
