I have an external DVD drive in a external firewire box (an Apple DVD drive pulled for an internal CD-RW drive).

I want to use this computer to play movie DVD's but when I did a fresh install of OS 10.2 it did not install the DVD player.

Is there a way to use this external DVD to play movie's? (it works fine as a data DVD). Is there third party player software that will work even on my iBook that never had a DVD?

Please help if you can.
