Anyone having any problems with Airport Express and the last update? Its Running Version 7.4.2 I did an update a few days ago when prompted and now everything seems to be dog slow. Internet, evening connecting to the iMac in our office with my MacBook Pro. Both machines Running SL latest updates.

Was the Airport Utility also updated as Apple suggests?

"It is recommended that AirPort Utility 5.4.2 or later be installed before upgrading to Firmware version 7.4.2...."

Time Capsule and AirPort Base Station Firmware Update 7.4.2

Maybe remove and download to reinstall.

I just noticed that the Time Capsule and AirPort Base Station Firmware Update 7.4.2 was released late June 2009 - what Airport versions were you running before your update and why the delay to update???

Maybe the old versions did run better, but not normally.
