How do I "unlock" ext drive

See the attached image. The (usb) drive is locked and the privs etc at the bottom of the Get Info window are greyed out. Plus the lock icon is locked...

I cannot properly dismount the drive when disconnecting due to this problem..

Log in on an admin account, click on the little lock at the bottom of the get info box, type in the admin password, then check the ignore permissions box at the bottom.

Great! It worked. Thanks. The lock appeared greyed out so I never tried clicking on it.

Thanks,
Thom
