Dear parksung
My mom has had the same problem since switching to Telus wireless. Don't expect much help from them if you're on a Mac. Here's what to do-on the bottom of the hellbox ( I call it that, because once a week my mom's internet goes down, I have to fix it and I say "aw hell, not again) by the label there's a little hole-that's the reset button. Push it until the power light goes red. hold it in there for about 20 seconds, then release it..wait until it's done its thing. Restart your machine and it should work, until it decides not to. I'm assuming you're using the Siemens Gigaset wireless modem/router Telus thing, right?

yes, it's the Siemens one you mentioned...geez, the connection gets lost several times in one hour, that's a lot of restarting. makes me "love" Telus even more! time to switch services!
