We've come across a weird problem here. My girlfriend's G4 15" titanium is connecting to our wireless network, getting a good IP address, but isn't able to connect to the internet. Pings return 0% but I can still acess the other computers on our local network via appletalk.

We have a TrendNet wireless modem that has worked great for 4 months and works fine on 3 other computers, another laptop, a mini and a G4 all running some version of 10.4.

My girlfriend's computer runs 10.4.7.

Any ideas?

Sounds like her machine is not picking up the DNS server settings. Changing them to Open DNS is pretty much never a bad thing, give that a shot:
