new PS Raw Plugin causing crash

I have recently installed the Adobe 4.4.1 Raw Plugin into Photoshop and, after scanning a document and attempting to Save or Save As in PS (CS3), it will continually crash it. I dragged the plugin out onto the Desktop and there are no crashes. Anyone else having this occur with the 4.4.1 plugin? Maybe I put it in the wrong folder? OSX (not home)-Library-Application Support-Adobe-Plug Ins-CS3.

Hmmm. I put mine in Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS3/Plug-Ins/File Formats. I can open .crw images using Camera RAW 4.4.1 when the plugin is in this place.

Try that and see if it clears up the problem.

That seemed to do the trick. I followed someone's instructions in putting it elsewhere. Thanks.
