Question Leopard Help: A different cat?

I rarely need to use the Help system, but today, before venturing off into Neo Office's online forums, I tried to use Help to figure out how to achieve "Different First Page" (in MS-Word parlance).

Is it just me, or is Help a totally different animal in Leopard? I'll poke around in other apps to see if it's just NeoO, but the implementation is a little... scant... on the details.

I *do* like that Leopard's Help revisits, in a modified way, a Help feature that first appeared in... System 8 (I think), which used to draw red circles to help novices find items in menus. The Leopard implementation uses floating blue indicators (a little spastic, actually).

As for Help's usefulness for serious questions, though.... jury is out.
