Yes, I do. What particularly are you looking for?

The reason I ask is that they stock/can get repair or upgrade parts and they are a repair depot (although I've never used them for this). They are not an Apple retailer per se.

My dealings with the parts department and advice on a recent iMac G3 project were great. These guys seem to know their stuff. I would not hesitate to use them if (god forbid) I had a problem with one of my Macs.

Red face Synergenics in Guelph

My daughter's Macbook is actually in there right now ..tell you how it goes! She had the laptop for only 2 months and the hard drive crashed ..they are trying to retrieve her data which she really needs for University. They don't know if they can and that is what makes me wonder... are they experts in the field of retrieving data???

Tell you how it goes!

Every drive failure is different. Some are utterly unretrievable. There's no way for the technician to know in advance.

To put in perspective, for the really tough cases you would expect to pay a recovery company between $1,000 and $3,000 (ActionFront, TotalRecall, DriveSavers etc.)
