Superduper Running Slow

This is about the 5th time I've backed up my mac HD and for some reason now it's running extremely slow.

Previously I would set it to copy and it would be done overnight, but now it's copying at about 0.58mb/s, and at this rate will take days to finish backing up my hard disk!

Anyone come across this issue before?

The person to ask would be Dave Nanian the author.

feedback@shirt-pocket.com

I've always got very prompt responses to any questions I've sent him.
