Synchronizing glitch?

Been using ChronoSync for quite some time now. I notice this:
Did a complete bi-directrional synch between 2 folders. After rebooting, I did a trial synch and 2 files had to be synched. I hadn't touched them. Any ideas why a file may be considered changed just by a reboot?
