Toast question...

Okay I have Toast Titanium 7. I have a Macbook Pro Intel Core Duo. Sometimes when I try to burn movies if I close it to get it off the screen but its still running and burning when I try to open it back up the screen won't come back up. I'll click on it in the Dashboard and it will recognize it as being up but the program will not come up on my screen. The burning is still working though and I am tracking it in the Dashboard but then I can't click if I need to like to verify a disc. How can I fix this? Also, this just happened on a DVD I was trying to burn and I didn't know what to do so I just closed it out without verifying the disc. The disc is fully burned and will work on my computer but since I didn't verify it because I couldn't I can't play it on a DVD player. Is there a way I can still verify this disc or after all the time I wasted is it still just a coaster?

First, you are not likely seeing anything in Dashboard. I think you are referring to the "Dock" which is the line of icons across the bottom of your screen. (Or either side)

The Dashboard is only accessed by clicking on the round black symbol that looks like a gas gauge second from the left IN the Dock.

When you close the window with Toast while burning, don't close it with the red dot, rather minimize it with the yellow dot and it will minimize itself in the dock. (Watch where it goes when you click the yellow dot.) A simple click on the miniature file in the dock will bring it back to the desktop so you can see the progress of your burn.

That is the only thing I can think of to help you.
