At work here I'm trying connect Entourage to our the exchange server. Now all the setting in the account settings are correct they were checked by our IT people here, so there is not problem there. In the folder list I do see the little exchange picture and it is connected.

The problem is that I don't see any of the e-mail folders. There is nothing, I hit the little triangle but I don't see any of the folders that we would normally use.

Does anyone use Entourage on an exchange, any sugestions?

I have been here before. It has something to do with Windoze having encripted password validation. Surf and you might find the solution that has to be made to the Exchange server. Another of Bill G's tricks to f the Mac user. I went back to OS9 to avoid it. If the server can do Imap or POP then go that way. My home system is connected to an Imap Exchange at work but the IT guy I hired took about 10 inutes to get it to work.
