On Thursday I need to video record the Turkey Bow (a foot ball game vs. our all time riles New Canaan). Dose anyone have any advice on keeping the equipment dry?
Thanks

Don't laugh, it's a really good way to do it, as long as you can get into it enough to change tapes (or whatever media you are using), and you can operate the camera controls.
An umbrella doesn't help too much when the wind starts picking up heh.
There are some really nice all-weather kits for cameras, but the easiest / cheapest to do is to get a screw-on filter (I use a Tiffen Haze-1 UV filter), and tape your heavy-gauge plastic bag to it, cut the hole for the lens with a very sharp knife (carefully!) and then screw the filter onto your camera...
Now the catch is, if you are using the on-camera microphone - you'll get all kinds of plastic noise.
