Battery life question...
I have an ibook, just two years old now.
I've started to experience this: I start working with a full battery charge, and about an hour later, the computer shuts off. It's happened a few times now and I think the battery is down to half when this happens.
Can anyone provide insight on this?
Thanks

Yes.
You are experiencing normal reduced usage times for your lithium battery.
In fact there are many who have experienced this sooner.

True, but it should not be shutting off without warning.

Is the iBook a G4 12"?
If so, have you checked the battery against the
recent and previous battery recall programs?
