Mail Problem
Over the last two weeks a progressing problem has shown up with Mail. I am using 10.3.9 on a 1.25 G4. I have Mail.appetizer 1.0 notifying me of incoming mail. No changes to the system (that I am aware of) for months.
When a new email arrives I receive (instead of a preview of the email) the text:
The message from "whoever sent it" has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.
Now it has been downloaded. It's on my hard drive. Older emails cannot be viewed because I get the same error message. If I restart Mail the problem goes away for a while. I use MainMenu to regularly verify and rebuild, but this doesn't seem to effect this problem. I have even re-installed 10.3.9, but it persists. Any ideas?
