no sound in browsers
I can no longer hear sound in my browsers (Firefox and Safari). I can listen to inline quicktime movies (for example, the movie trailers on apple.com) but any sounds from browsers (such as Flash cartoons), I can't hear them. I can use Skype no problem and listen to itunes no problem.
I had this problem before and it was fixed with an archive and reinstall. With this happening again, (and nothing major was changed with my system since last time) I'm a little disappointed. I mean, it's basic browsing. I don't want to have to do an archive and install everytime.
Anyone know why this is happening or can figure out a solution?

In case you need to know, I'm using a rev d Powerbook G4 1.67 GHZ 2GB ram OS 10.3.9
