Question Changing Safari 'helper' apps

I'm using Safari on 10.3.7 and since installing Acrobat Pro it comes up as the default PDF viewer. This isn't so bad except it takes a long time to load and Preview does the trick for basic viewing. I can't seem to figure out how to get Preview back as the default PDF viewer that launches when I download a PDF from Safari.

Can anybody help me? I've tried preferences in Preview, Safari and Acrobat. Maybe I'm blind but I can't seem to figure out where to change the default PDF viewer anywhere.

Thanks

If you select any PDF you have and choose "Get Info" (Command-i) you can then change the application used to open the file to Preview. Click the "Change All" button and voila, you open all PDFs with Preview. This works with any file.
