IMG that wont eject???

I installed a program a while back and the img disc just will not eject! It says its in use but its just not!?!

I've restarted the computer, deleted all the files associated with the program?
Can anyone tell me how to force this thing to eject..?

I've never heard of a disk image that stays mounted through a restart.... I'd head to Disk Utility and see if you can force it to unmount from there. If not, and if MacDoc's idea of force quitting the Finder doesn't work, I'd say head to Terminal and unmount there.

Ok, thats weird. What is the software? Try to safe boot and see if that kills it. Use Activity Monitor to kill all user activity. this shouldn't be that big a deal.
