But... often when asking such advice from many Accountants or Lawyers etc., many don't even use Macs and most of any of their their advice is useless to most Mac users, and the user then often ends up finding they've actually been billed for even asking for any such useless Mac advice or help that they provided.
So I guess that they at least have their 'contact management system" up to date and working well, at least for any client question billing.  |

I meant that the reason we turn to professionals when we require expertise in their own respective areas is that they are experienced in those areas. Just as you should speak with someone that has a certain level of experience and expertise in Mac software solutions that are designed for small businesses.
No two small businesses run exactly the same. Therefore what might work for someone else, may not fit your requirements.
