Anyone have any idea on how to compose HTML e-mail in Mail 2.0?

My format options include:

Rich Text
Plain Text.

Hey, I found this on Apple's Dissussion Board and can confirm it works.

"My Mail 2 seems to consistently send HTML email messages now that I have a formatted signature on all of my email. I did this by editing my signature in Preferences using the Format-Show Fonts menu. "


I put a logo in my signature and then send an email to myself in Entourage and it came throught as HTML Multipart.
