Mail.app "Losing" Mail

Hi all,

I've found a rather troubling problem with Mail recently, in that it is "losing" mail. I have GrowlMail installed, so it gives me a quick synopsis of the new email that is received. The kicker? It never actually shows up in Mail. So I know that the message was read and received but it disappears. Does anyone know why are where it could have gone? I've had 6 of these happen in the last two days (I've caught them all) and it hasn't happened before. It is only happening on my Shaw account however.

Removing and re-adding the account have done nothing so far. The odd part is that all the emails that won't show are from my university's domain (ucalgary.ca) and have hyphens in them, but if I send one from my ucalgary account it gets through fine.

10.3.8 Mail
