where to buy Mac Pro Optical Door?

Yeah, I know...kinda a strange part....maybe it's considered part of the case??
anways, my optical drive door was sticking and I found out why. The lower lip at the front was a bit pushed in and bent. In the process of straightening it out, I got the optical drive door mechanism out, but one of the cosmetic plates has come off the slding door thingy
(sorry, don't know exactly how to describe it well)....so...do I leave my Mac Pro bucktoothed and gappy, or can I fix this, or get a replacement from somewhere? If so, where??
haven't really seen any replacement optical drive door mechanisms for sale anywhere, at least not on their own....Hmmmm, 'tis a mystery

thanks for any replies

If it's broken and you have the pieces and if you're a bit handy you could probably glue it (solvent weld) it together using a small amount of ethylene dichloride (EDC) between each part.

ethylene dichloride (EDC) can usually be obtained from most plastics type shops. Sometimes even in a small bottle with a blunt hyper dermic type nozzle. And you only need a tiny amount.

Or any old Mac repair shops close by that may have old stuff in some back room or storage area??
