Minor contribution:

I had very weird behaviour as a result of 10.3.6 and Airport SW upgrades. Ran a full Onyx; seems to have sorted the problem (fingers crossed)

i got rid of 10.3.6.. did a full zero and installation back to 10.3.4 and so far everything's working much better.. i dunno why in the world apple would release such a terrible update.. i read so many posts of people computer's that were toasted by the update.. mine felt a ton slower, kept crashing.. certainly not the behaviour one would expect from a new or used computer.. so im stickin with this until they release an update that isnt full of problems..

on a side note.. got the intallation down to only 1.4GB too.. boy do they ever stick a ton of crap in there that i dont need.. its nice that i can specify not to load that stuff..
