Hello,

I ran my install disk & did the First Aid utility from it. I got:

"Invalid directory item count (It should be 42 instead of 41)"


There wasn't any fix on the disk but, this may be what's up with some of my problems perhaps...I had a long list today. Yet I am still unable to get "Accounts" under preferences to appear.

Just wondering if anybody ever got an Invalid directory...and how to approach it.
