you want to know how to get your site up on the web?

or do you want to know how to make the pages?

if its the first one, go to rogershelp.com and see if theyve got what you need.

if its the second, well thats harder to explain.

You can use Netscape Composer--it's part of the free Netscape download:
http://www.apple.com/downloads/macos.../netscape.html
Composer is a what-you-see-is-what-you-get web page builder, like Dreamweaver. But free.
Choose New > Composer Page from the File menu. The buttons are pretty clear, and you can drag images right on to the page--for doing something basic, it's actually quite good, and a lot of people forget that feature exists.
Probably because nobody uses Netscape anymore.

Hi... There are also quite a few apps that will quickly make html photo album pages for you (even better than straight text links, because thumbnails can be generated). Photoshop will make photo albums, too, if you have it.
