How do I make a Mp3 smaller?
I received a MP3 player with only 64MB but all my music in iTunes are 160bit that can take up to 5MB space on the MP3 player.

There is really no good way for doing this...

You can reencode the music at a lower bitrate, single channel, but the quality loss will be very appreciable, since you're reencoding an already compressed format.

But if you really want to do it, you can use LAME.
LAME for Mac OS X

Download Audacity too.
