I know this has been adressed before but the posts have not answered my question.
Here's what I have. Flat panel iMac running pather. Rev A iMac running 9.2.
I now have two USB hubs. Is there a way that I can attach the printer to one of the USB hubs then attatch the two hubs together to be able to share the pritner between the two?
or is there an easier way to share the printer? I appreciate all the help you can give me.

I've re-read your post and I still don't understand what you're trying to do. Let's see if I have this straight...

You have two hubs. Each is connected to a separate computer? If so, is the second computer a Mac or a PC? If it's a Mac, just enable print sharing and that should fix things (provided they are networked together).

I don't think you can share a usb printer among two computers using only usb hubs. Unless the computers are on a network. But then, one computer would have to be one in order for the other to print.

I think the easiest way to do it is to buy a usb print server. Just connect the printer to the server and the server to the network. Or find a router that has a built in usb print server, such as one of the newer airport base stations.

Hope this helps

HI
Your printer may come with all you need. My epson PhotoEX ( older model but a good sign that new ones may have similar features) when I got the parralel to USB converter came with the client and server software. The cd was to be installed on all connected macs (SYS9.2.2) and by following the directions every one could print to the epson, Also saw a very inexpensive canon with similar features. Other wise the hardware solutions mentioned prev. posts. Good luck!
