Refurb store is now offering it for $1099 so buyers can get a brand-new warranty. I'd say to knock the price down a little--and simultaneously list it on craigslist and kijiji as johnnydee suggest. Those sites usually attract much more attention and sell faster at higher prices.

Reduced price to $1000 (on Craigslist & Kijiji). Would offer it at $975 for a EhMac member.
