Posting A YouTube Video - Instructions Please

The sticky containing the instructions has been taken down. Either that or I just can't see it.

Can someone please post a how to to post a video. I can't do it for the life of me.

Hi Sinc,

1) Create a new post
2) Enter code as follows:
HTML Code:
[YOUTUBE] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpIB9AzNzk0 [/YOUTUBE] <- YouTube URL (without the INVALID bits that are being added by the YouTube plug in attempting to figure out what it is.
OR
[YOUTUBE]lpIB9AzNzk0[/YOUTUBE] <- Just Video ID
Ensure to remove any extra bits off the end of the URL (eg. &fmt=22) or something similar.
2a) You can press the YouTube button beside the PHP button in the toolbar - however for me it appears that the image is missing leaving it as a question mark.

Test:
+ YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.
