I was thinking of posting some stuff to sell. I've never sold stuff before, likely won't ever again, therefore, no feedback.
How do I as a seller show that I'm sincere in such a case.
As a buyer, if I were looking for, say, a laptop, and somebody on eBay had sold 25 laptops previously with good feedback, I'd start wondering about that seller no matter what his feedback said about him. Where did he get that many laptops? Obviously, he's a broker and the feedback might say something about his shipping policies, but can he really stand behind the laptops he's selling?
Online auctions have gone from a place where individuals can sell their stuff to big business. Don't know if that's good.
Take care, Margaret
