Safari vs. ehMac = slow

I have no idea why but I find the site as slow as molasses when using Safari but IE is quite speedy in comparison (IE on a winblows machine seems actually faster).

Anyone know what gives? Has anyone reported this site as a Safari bug report?

I don't know if it's a safari bug or something borked at ehMac, but , when posting a reply (like this), activity monitor reports >80% of my CPU being used by Safari (it drops down to <5% when browsing). What is it about using the ehMac composer that requires all my CPU time?

When using the advanced reply, it is a java script that takes up all of your CPU usage. If you want to circumvent this, you can either use the quick reply, or you can turn off the smilies in your User CP. This might speed things up a bit.
