TIFF Tickets
I'm online and on the phone this morning trying to buy tickets for one screening. I thought Ticketmaster was bad but this is absolutely terrible.
The site has crashed more than once and when it does run it is very slow or loads half a page. I've got the tickets in my cart but of course in order to checkout, there is a link to run a piece of Flash. So I can't tell if the server is just slow to load or has given up again.
Now I'm getting 'Box office currently offline' contact us at ... followed by the phone number. Trouble is ghat vie been trying that phone number since 7 am this morning as well.
Why do they put single seats for all films on sale on the same day?
Is this common for TIFF?
