Many Lawyers will provide half an hour of their time at no charge check with a lawyer that specializes in the field of copyright. Go prepared with your information also a note book and then shut up listen carefully and take notes, leave, think over what the lawyer told you and make a decision based on the information given.

Good advice BigDL... There are also Business Advocacy groups (depending on where you are) who may be able to provide you with cheap/free legal services.
