I'm not usually in the habit of naming computers, but my unibody MBP is called 'Slick'.

My old 7100 runs under the name of Bertha. I saw a machine running under "Wicked Ass Hard Drive" with the icon for the hard drive replaced with Thomas the Tank Engine :-)

All the computers at our house have names (and assigned genders):
Mine was Leo - but when he started behaving strangely due to HD failure - he was nicknamed MacWeirdo, and it stuck, even after he was repaired.
My Teen daughter named her MB Snapple....
And my husband is still trying to decide for his new MBP. Can't rush these things, you know.
The old Dell Tower - Dellbert.
An old Toshiba Laptop - Nanny....after my dearly departed grandmother, because of similar temperaments.
Our vehicles all have names too... A family tradition since before I was born.
Anybody else have names for their vehicles?

My 24" iMac's HD is called Woody (from Toy story) and my TM drive is called Buzz, my 2.5" portable is called Surefire (as it is a verbatim Surefire drive) but the icon is those three eye'd toys that you pull out with "the claw", any one know what those are called so I can rename my drive?
