Question for Protools Users

I'm selling my DV Toolkit package to a friend and we have to transfer the iLok licenses over to his iLok account. It looks as though the DV Toolkit is made up of 4 individual licenses: DigiTranslator, Dv Toolkit, BNR LE and VocALign Project LE. Do we need to transfer all 4 for my friend to be able to use just the DV Toolkit part of it?

Not sure if I'm making sense. Let's just say it costs $25 to transfer each license so if he only has to pay for 1 then he'll take it. If he needs all 4 then it'll be $100 and not as cheap.

any insight would help.
