What is happening?

It seems that when I try to type up a reply and post it, I get the message that a moderator needs to "approve" my post. when I get this message, I can NEVER find my posts. Is this my bad and inadequate use of the ehmac system or is there something else going on?

Relax.

VB allows for 'moderation' for posts from new members.

I expect that this may be in force right now.

As for the content, I cannot comment unless I see it for myself.

We've had a lot of spammers in recent months, so this may be a move to frustrate them.

iJohnHenry is exactly right... some posts from new users are moderated so that the mods can keep up to date with the spam on the board. It's been working quite well.

There must have been something in your posts that flagged a moderation.. nothing to be concerned about. We try really hard to get to reading all of the moderated posts.. it just takes a while if there's a lot to go through as we do it in our spare time for the most part.

Sorry for the inconvenience though... thanks for bringing up the question.

All I know was the biggest post I did, when I was detailing my ATT plan for my iPhone (during that whole debate of things) I just wanted to bring facts to the table, and having lived in, and used an iPhone in the US, thought I would weigh in. It never showed up. So much for trying to give factual information instead of the speculation from others who may just have read the ATT website.

I to hate spammers and trolls. But, I am more of a troll now since only six of my posts have ever made the board, so I just gave up.

Don't give up so easily.

I had to adopt a new identity from the get go, due to something or other??
