Man this one made me feel guilty for not having been to the library in a long time.

Given how many places the exact question has appeared, I wouldn't be surprised if it's all just spam posted by actual book lending services like Bookswim.

Or it's an urban legend.

It is of course called the public library.

Bonus; It's free.

It's things like this that make me realize the cumulative stupidity of humanity.

In laymans terms: we're freaking doomed.

Not only libraries, but used book stores! I was at one a month ago and loaded up with a few books that are long out of print. I probably paid ten times the price of when they were new, but a dollar really isn't a dollar anymore.

OK, I don't get it at all.

This whole thread is lost on me.

I just don't get it.

Am I missing anything worthwhile with an imposed "fail" over a post from some other forum?
