imactheknife Honourable Citizen Join Date: Aug 2003 Location: Back In Collingwood.. Posts: 2,237	LCD inverter question I bought a HP LCD monitor from Value Village in Guelph. The price was very good and I took a chance and bought it. It is a HP L1820 18". It didn't have a Power supply so I bought one from Ebay.The backlight comes on but there is nothing displayed on the screen. I did some reading and it sounds like the inverter. I ordered a working inverter off of Ebay and I hope this fixes this one. Let me know your professional bargain shopping fix it up jargin. Last edited by imactheknife; Mar 5th, 2009 at 09:25 AM.
