Audiophiles: recone AR91 woofers?
Hi: Anyone know a reliable service or supply of parts in Canada for reconing / redoing the woofer foam surround on my 26 year old AR91 speakers?

There is an AR parts store on eBay and there is Parts Express: Parts Express:Surround Kit For 11" AR
They carry various surround kits for the handy types of guys like us....

I have a pair of old studio monitors that need woofer refoaming, and I'm going to take them in to Speaker City here in Vancouver. They do all that reconing, refoaming, etc. etc. stuff.

Thanks, ehMaccers. I have ordered a refoaming kit, and I'll give it a whirl myself.

These speakers are maybe my second-oldest major possessions -- second to my guitar.
