Mr.S., there were no checks for Newfoundland and Labrador, since we are not part of the Maritime Provinces, but rather, NL is part of the Atlantic Provinces here in eastern Canada. Does this mean we are going to get a check as well?????????? That is very generous of Ralph K. to remember us. I guess it was because over 10% of our current population here in NL are living in Alberta, mainly Fort MacMurray.

It might mean you'll get a "cheque."

Those are a little too over-the-top to funny. Look's like Ralph's signature though.

I always do get second looks when I say "YES I am from BC, and NO I don't do pot!!"

"but... but you're from BC!"

While I found the reference to Ottawa to be totally appropriate and it did provide a chuckle, I did think that the comments to the rest of Canada were a bit overboard, especially to Atlantic Canada and Quebec.

Ah, but if you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?

Oh right, the Americans.
