Yeah, i think they stay in North America. One of the teams "with young kids on it" ask's my aunt for help in Toronto (she can't remember which team though )- so they do leave the US...but how exciting can Toronto be.
Not sure if I'll hang around this season to see who will win.
I agree with Guytoronto, it's been a little boring so far. No particularly challenging detours or roadblocks, and while teammates may not have been nice to other teammates, they are behaving well to other teams.
I thought they might be onto something when they gave Kevin and Drew, from the first TAR, a cameo in the first show this season handing out clues. They could have had ex-CIA guy Gus from last year giving out the spy clues last week, and so on.
A missed opportunity to add spice to a dull season.
Boring. I'm waiting for something to actually happen this go around. I think staying to only North America could mortally wound this show. The intrigue of the show is giving teams odd obstacles to overcome, including language and culture. The family edition is too sanitized. There isn't enough actual racing and close calls with travel arrangements to make the show intriguing. The show is very popular around the world and focusing it on patriotic american crap definitely weakens the formula they've created.
I dislike the Paolo family, but it'll be that much better once they are eliminated. Last season I spent rooting against Gretchen and Meredith the whole time.

I hate them and the family with the single mother who loves to thank god. She really gets on my nerves.

I work on the dark side because the pay is better than what I could get the Apple world. Sad but true
i dont know why, but ive sort of grown to be cheering for the gaghan (sp?) family.
i like the two kids.
that poor little girl looked exhausted at the end of the last leg.
not as good as some of the other seasons - but they come to montreal, toronto and niagara falls - so itll be kinda cool.
i also love how mr paolo (father) sits there and doesnt really say anything - this is like his vacation time - he doesnt care what else is going on - hes great.
